3HO Sikhs are now fighting amongst themselves in a lawsuit over the millions of dollars in profits made from using the sacred Sikh religious symbols and scriptures for their own personal gain.3HO Sikhs, who follow Yogi Bhajan, funnel the money to support Yogi Bhajan's tantric cult church which 3HO Sikhs have deceptively camouflaged using names like "Sikh Dharma International", "3HO foundation", "Sikh Dharma Stewardship","SikhNet.com","Sikh Dharma Worldwide", "Unto Infinity Board","Khalsa Council" and "KRI(Kundalini Research Institute)". See "Sikhnet's" and "Sikh Dharma International's" slick new websites which were produced with the millions in ill-gained profits using the name of the Golden Temple, names and images of the Sikh Gurus, and sacred Sikh shabads for profit in commercial enterprises.

LETTERS IN THE EDITOR’S MAILBAG: Friday’s paper
Appeared in print: Friday, May 28, 2010

"Bhajan was a leader ‘by fluke’

Recently, a friend sent me articles from The Register-Guard on litigation involving Yogi Bhajan’s organizations in Oregon. The letters to the editor that followed, critical of the reporter, prompt me to throw some light on the subject. Bhajan was extremely good at what he did, but propagation of Sikhism he was not. Criticism of Bhajan’s cult cannot be construed as criticism of Sikhism.

Trilochan Singh, a distinguished Sikh scholar, in his 1977 book “Sikhism and Tantric Yoga,” describes Bhajan devastatingly: “Yogi Bhajan is a Sikh by birth, a Maha Tantric by choice but without training, and a ‘Sri Singh Sahib’ and self-styled leader of the Sikhs of the Western Hemisphere by fluke and mysterious strategy.” There was no mystery to his strategy. He ingratiated himself with the Sikh religious leadership in Punjab, which was more corrupt than the Vatican during the time of Martin Luther.

According to the Tantrics, the best form of worship is the fullest satisfaction of the sexual desires of man, therefore sexual intercourse is prescribed as a part of Tantric worship. In the annals of abuse of women, some had harems, others had concubines and Bhajan had secretaries. The Sikh gurus condemned the Tantrics and their practices. All the cases mentioned in The Register-Guard had merit.
Humility is the hallmark of a Sikh, and Bhajan had none of it. Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism, describes people such as Bhajan succinctly: “Those ... who have no virtues but are filled with egotistical pride.”

Read these comments by traditional Sikhs. "What better way to make money: add a religious tone to the product. All of a sudden, it seems legit."

All the greed and fighting happening right now in the 3-HO Sikh community is a result of the many sacrilegious and corrupt practices of Yogi Bhajan and his tantric sex cult. The greedy leaders, like Kartar Khalsa CEO of Golden Temple Foods, who are involved in these corrupt activities(described in this link)were hand picked by Yogi Bhajan.

See this article in today's Eugene Register Guard which shows the greed surrounding this dispute:

"Money trail at heart of Sikhs’ legal battle."

If you want to stop these degrading and sacriligious practices by Golden Temple Foods and Yogi Bhajan's cult followers; Post a letter of support on this website or write your local food stores and demand they stop selling Golden Temple Food's products. Some of the major stores which carry these products are Trader Joes, Whole Foods Market and Wild Oats but there are many many other stores who sell millions of dollars in Golden Temple Granola, Peace Cereal, Yogi Teas, massage oil and Wha Guru Chews.

Yogi Bhajan's sacrilegious teachings in the name of Sikhism are illustrated quite distinctly by pictures of Yogi Bhajan's portrait, hindu idols being displayed in and around 3-HO Gurdwaras and the practice of kundalini and sex energizing tantric yoga asanas inside 3-HO Gudwaras by Yogi Bhajan's students.

The sikh code of conduct says food offerings to the GURU are forbidden, but there is a 'testimony' page over at sikh.net, a 3HO run site loaded with volumes of Yogi Bhajan nonsense talks. Yogi Bhajan instructs 3Hoer's to prepare meals as offerings at the gurdwara and calls this "a dish for a wish". This is nothing more than the hindu practice of puja. The testimony states "a dish for a wish".

Yogi Bhajan studied and taught at the Sivananda Ashram in Delhi. This, in addition to his first Kundalini Yoga teacher Sant Hazara Singh. In the mid-1960s, Harbhajan Singh took up a position as instructor at the Vishwayatan Ashram in New Delhi, under Dhirendra Brahmachari. This yoga centre was frequented by the Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, his daughter, Indira Gandhi, and diplomats and employees from a host of foreign embassies.

Here's an article on Sivananda's approach to Kundalini Yoga:

These are all Hindu practices.

Gurdwara Reform Movement

A Rare Photo of Harimandir sahib in 1908 when it was under the control of the Pundits or mahants. Sadhus felt free to sit in meditation wearing only a dhoti. The Gurdwara Reform Movement (Gurdwara Sudhar Lehr) is the Legislation passed by the Punjab Legislative Council which marked the culmination of the struggle of the Sikh people from 1920-1925 to wrest control of their places of worship from the mahants or priests into whose hands they had passed during the eighteenth century when the Khalsa were driven from their homes to seek safety in remote hills and deserts.

When they later established their sway in Punjab, the Sikhs rebuilt their shrines endowing them with large jagirs and estates. The management, however, remained with the priests, belonging mainly to the Udasi sect, who, after the advent of the British in 1849, began to consider the shrines and lands attached to them as their personal properties and to appropriating the income accruing from them to their private use. Some of them alienated or sold Gurudwara properties at will. They had introduced ceremonies which were anathema to orthodox Sikhs. Besides, there were complaints of immorality and even criminal behavior lodged against the worst of them. All these factors gave rise to what is known as the Gurudwara Reform movement during which the Sikhs peaceful protests were met with violence and death and ended with them courting arrest on a large scale to gain the world's attention. Before it was all over many would fall as martyrs with some being literally blown apart while they were strapped to cannaon barrels.

‘During the Gurdwara Reform Movement, the Sikh leaders started a publication that was named Akali. From this paper and its policy the leaders began to be called Akalis, in view of which they formed the present Akali party. These Nihang Akalis should not be confused with the members of the Akali party.’ The Turban And The Sword’' , by Dr. Trilochan Singh. (Page 402)

I found this post at SikhSangat.com It exposes the most shocking relationship Yogi Bhajan had with Jagjit Naamdhari who is considered by his disciples as the 11th Sikh Guru. The Naamdhari Sikhs keep the Siri Guru Granth in a closet while they bow to Jagjit and refer to him as "SatGuru Ji" as you can see in the photos below.

The 'Namdhari' cult has been excommunicated from the Khalsa Panth. See for yourself the pictures of Yogi Bhajan depicting his close relationship with Jagjit Naamdhari.

"However their are several instances which I find questionable about Yogi Bhajan. One includes the relationship they had with Jagjit Naamdhari (http://satguruji.blogspot.com/), and the other about an occurance that occured in the late 70's between Yogi and AKJ, where Yogi criticized Jatha for trying to "steal" members, but I have little to substantiate that claim, so its fair to dismiss it for now. Also listening to the lectures/Katha of Yogi some teachings I also find a bit of from what I have learned about Sikhi, but then again that could just be a difference in opinion."

Piaaree Sadh Sangat Ji,

We are again at a significant crossroad in our ability to fulfill and continue the Mission of the Siri Singh Sahib. It is important to understand some recent events to understand where we are now.

HISTORY
In January 2009 the Unto Infinity Board established a new Limited Liability Company (Sikh Dharma Stweardship). The purpose of this Limited Liability Company would be to place Sikhs, who would obey the Unto Infinity Board, in positions to control and oversee all aspects of Sikh Dharma Functions within and under the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation Umbrella while serving at the pleasure of the Unto Infinity Board.

Additionally their Lawyer declared that the 7 lifestyle requirements, that had been publically filed and would have made Non- Sikh Unto Infinity Board members ineligible to serve, had been filed in error

At this same time all the members of the Unto Infinity Board publically acknowledged they were no longer personally adhering to or following the Sikh lifestyle.

In February 2009 the newly formed Limited Liability Company asked three of the four members the Sikh Dharma of Phoenix Board to resign. All of the Board members had broad support in the community and were energetic in their roles, and so declined to leave.

By March 2009 it had become public knowledge that the Siri Singh Sahib’s likeness and quotes would no longer appear on Yogi Tea or Peace Cereal Packaging. All royalties from those products assigned by the Siri Singh Sahib’s last will to Bibi Ji (his wife) and members of his staff would no longer be paid.

By April 2009 the Unto Infinity Board Members were invited to appear by the Khalsa Council so that Khalsa Council could more fully understand the Unto Infinity Board Member’s position. In a letter the Unto Infinity Board Members explained they would not appear and that the newly established Limited Liability Company was to have authority over SDI, SDEI and Sikhnet. Khalsa Council was to be only an advisory body.

In the April 2009 Khalsa Council Meeting, the Members of the Limited Liability Company apologized that if their action with the Sikh Dharma of Phoenix Board seemed heavy handed as that was not their intent. The Khalsa Council after much deliberation and discovery, in a straw poll voiced a clear unwillingness to accept Non-Sikhs as Unto Infinity Board members and questioned those ineligible members right to establish a new Limited Liability Company of such far reaching authority.

In May 2009 the Limited Liability Company removed all the current members of the Sikh Dharma of Phoenix Board and appointed new Board members of their choosing

In late June 2009 the Limited Liability Company demanded that the Sikh Dharma International Board remove Bibi Ji, (the wife of the Siri Singh Sahib) as a member of the Board and from the Office of Bhai Sahiba.

The Name of Golden Temple and its Murals

"In England last year a firm advertised some blue jeans as Jesus Jeans. The whole religious world of England rose in one protest and stopped the manufacture of these jeans. The word Golden Temple has become an instrument of commercial affairs of Yogi Bhajan He has now even named shoe stores as Golden Temple. I was given a "Wha Guru Chew.""

"Yogi Bhajan is using the sacred Sikh mantras and the sacred name of Guru Ram Das as a mantle for his Tantric Sex Yoga which will inevitably lead to mental and physical debauchery of those who take his brand of Sikhism contaminated by crazy sex-energizing asanas seriously."

Read these comments by traditional Sikhs. "What better way to make money: add a religious tone to the product. All of a sudden, it seems legit."

Many of these 3HO profiteers have even cut their hair and renounced Sikhi!See this picture below of Kartar Khalsa CEO of Golden Temple Foods who has cut his hair and is no longer a Sikh.

(Page 402)

CONCLUSIONS
So here is our crossroad. This Organization created by the Siri Singh Sahib is being hijacked and redesigned by people who clearly do not have the original intent in mind. The Siri Singh Sahib established a strong organization based on Sikh Dharma, which included Kundalini Yoga, 3HO, and Businesses that would fund it all. That organization was meant to serve all, while maintaining an unquestionable oath to the tenets of Sikh Rahit. The Siri Singh Sahib demanded that of himself and everyone around him. It is impossible to accept that the word of a lawyer paid by people who are no longer Sikhs eclipses that lifetime of discipline.

Once again good Sevadors are being fired for reasons that do not make sense to the communities they were serving, by people who no longer consider themselves Sikh. Individuals who have made this mission their life mission are being forced to leave the organization they have built, while the structure is torn down around them.

It is impossible to consider that it is Siri Singh Sahib’s will to discontinue the payment of Royalties from the businesses that were built from the prayers and sweat of this Dharma.

Look at the Yogi Tea (now rebranded as Yogi) or the Peace Cereal web sites. All reference to the name Yogi Bhajan has been removed. http://www.peacecereal.com/AboutUs/AboutUs.html http://www.yogiproducts.com/our-story/about-us/

23 dedicated staff members were let go to increase the salaries of a few. The solution used for our Amsterdam Ashram was to destroy it instead of looking for a path that included those who had built it. Now we are being asked to stand by while Bibi Ji is removed.

How can we abandon our Bhai Sahiba, Bibi Ji? She has and continues to uphold the grace and dignity of the Siri Singh Sahib. She continues to have the support of the Akal Takhat and the World Sikh Panth.

Words are not enough. Action is called for. A very strong core of Senior Leaders of this Panth has been assembling to return this Dharma to its original mission. A legal fund with a strong winnable strategy has been established.

Now is the time for those with Will to stand Forward
Fearlessly
In gratitude for all that has been given to us by this Dharma.

ACTION
1. The Unto Infinity Board members have not responded to the request of the Sangat’s original petition to meet with the Khalsa Council. The Limited Liability Company members vigorously continue to act in defiance to all but themselves. .

A new petition has been drafted to insist upon continued action on the part of the Sikh Dharma International Board. Show your support and sign this new petition.
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/sikhdharmaboard

2. If you can, your contribution is needed to the Legal Fund. Your $27, $54, $108 or any amount helps so much and more importantly shows the Courts that we are standing up for what we believe. The more people who sign the petition and contribute money, the more broad-based and effective is the message when it is presented to regulatory and legal authorities

An entity has been formed to manage the fund. The name is Khalsa Commonwealth Panth. It is not a tax deductible entity. The funds are managed by Gurushabd Singh Khalsa. Funds can be sent to 6322 De Longpre, Los Angles California 90028

http://web.me.com/gskhalsa/KhalsaCommonwealth/Sat_Nam.html.

3. Most important is our prayer. Our prayer is for the unity and principles of the Siri Singh Sahib's mission. Please join in your Local Sangat’s Group Sadhana. Personally, dedicate one sadhana each week that Khalsa will prevail.

Humbly,

Mukhtiar Singh Khalsa

Hardev Singh Shergill President, Khalsa Tricentennial Foundation of North America Editor-in-chief, The Sikh Bulletin El Dorado Hills, Calif.

"Sikhism and Tantric Yoga"

"Yogi Bhajan is using the sacred Sikh mantras and the sacred name of Guru Ram Das as a mantle for his Tantric Sex Yoga which will inevitably lead to mental and physical debauchery of those who take his brand of Sikhism contaminated by crazy sex-energizing asanas seriously."

Guru Sant Singh,
I am total agreement of your post. My name is Sat Hanuman S. Khalsa. I am a Singh Sahib since 1974. I have lived in Baba Siri Chand/Florida, Ahimsa/DC and Guru Ram Das Ashram in Boston/Millis for the past 33 years. I currently live in Portland, Oregon for the past 5 years. I worked from 1986-2002 for Golden Temple as a sales rep building their sales on the east coast. I was instrumental in getting Yogi Tea, Golden Temple products, Sunshine, Kettle Chips and many other fine companies into greater distribution which built the portfolio and prosperity of Sikh Dharma through CBB/SGN. Our four children (now adults,),lived at one time in Espanola. All but one worked for Golden Temple or Akal Security or other worked for another Khalsa enterprise in Espanola. Many other members of my family worked for GT/YT, maybe the largest contingent of one family in Sikh Dharma.
What has happened to the re-branding of GT/Peace Cereals and Yogi Tea is an insult to the legacy of our beloved teacher, Yogi Bhajan. It is a betrayal to the loyal customers who trusted those brands. I have so much respect for MSS Guru Tej Singh Khalsa who worked selflessly and grew our Khalsa family with the prosperity of Akal and Teg Security Companies during this same period.
All this mischief of Unto Infinity who stole the careers and commitment of those committed souls who built what they thought was our childrens future. (Unto Infinity-that's a contradiction of terms when referring to those who serve their finite egos). For those who act as their proxies and are self absorbed in folly, karma is due. It doesn't surprise those of us who have served this path for a higher purpose. God bless them and keep them far away from us (to paraphrase the Rabi in Fiddler on the Roof).
With great strategy and prayer to the One Creator through our guide and protector the Siri Guru, I have faith Truth will prevail and justice will be given.
Let us Keep up and we shall be kept up! :-)
