It sounds like you have been through so much in your life. I am sorry for all you had to endure in India. I will pray for you.
By the way I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tracy. I have been studying and following the Sikh religion for two years and it has been the best thing that ever happened to me. I have started doing meditation and yoga and changed my diet. I have lost 70 lbs. so far and have 45 more lbs to lose(Please pray for me to have the strength to stick with it)and now i feel like I am on a natural high all the time. I have three teenaged children that are the love of my life and they are slowing beginning there spiritual awakening!
